Who Would You Like To Learn About?

Reading Response Question for Week of February 28- March 4
Over the next week or two, we will be taking a look at some nonfictional books about famous people who did some amazing things in the past. If you could select a book to read about a famous person FROM THE PAST, who would you want to read about and why? What questions would you like to have answered?

  1. I would love to read a book about Dr. Seuss! I am fascinated by the way he is able to take a few words and rhyme them perfectly into a wonderful story. I would love to know how he got his ideas for his books and how long it took him to write them. I am also interested to know if he had children of his own, and if he did, did he write the books for them?

What was his favorite invention? What got him started with peanuts in the first place? I think he led a very interesting life.

  4. I would love to pick out a book about May (the girl from mailing may). The reason I would is because in the book Mailing May it was just telling us how she got mailed. So we know that she got mailed,so that just means it didn't tell us anything else. What I am trying to say is I what a book about her that tells more facts about her,so I can't wait for that book to come out (I hope they do make the book I want).
